(Debut album by the skinhead band from Castrop Rauxel. Raw Instinct play a mixture of traditional German Oi! and brutal hatecore a la Agnostic Front or Blood for Blood. The aggressive sound of the guitar from Farid, a skinhead of Moroccan origin, seems unusually biting and powerful. Raw Instinct comes across as stomping and angry, and at times also anti-social, as befits a band from the Ruhr area. They sing in German (twice in English) and don't mince words. "Das sind wir" is a robust debut , which smells like dirt, sweat and... ASPHALT!)
