Bone Factory "Cool Parking Lot" LP (black)

Knochenfabrik's second album, "Cooler Parkplatz," was released in 1998. Here, failure was still celebrated wholeheartedly. Instead of a pointless fan edition, promo tour, and uninteresting interviews, the band broke up just in time for the album's release. Only the small initial pressing remained, which became a popular investment and a well-kept secret among pension fund investors. Since 2008, Knochenfabrik have been back on the road, touring and placating private investors at the merchandise stand with the promise of a reissue of this German punk classic. To account for the high cost of paper, the newly released reissue foregoes a gatefold cover. Instead, it features a printed inner sleeve, and inside cover artist Chris Scholz presents a 90s sunglasses collection.
